The traveler who cancels at least 30 day (s) before the check-in will receive 100% of the amount he has paid.

Travelers who cancel between 14 and 29 days before check-in will receive 50% of the amount. 

Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Transportation and services:

 

MARsuites TI/ 162 is a building with an excellent situation in terms of transport and services. In the same street you can find public and private transport stops (taxis).

 

In the vicinity of the building are: Tourist information points, pharmacy, supermarkets, possibility of renting car-parking and bicycles. The Plaza de la Reina and the beautiful Paseo del Borne (Golden Mile) where you will find great shops and restaurants. The main monuments of the city: Almudaina Palace and its gardens, The Cathedral, Arab Baths, La Lonja, The Consulate of the sea, City Hall and the beautiful streets that surround these monuments are old houses with beautiful interior courtyards. Museums such as "Es Baluard" and "Caixaforum" can also be reached in a few minutes on foot.

 

A few minutes away is the town's beach and a bicycle path that runs along the promenade and the beach. Less than 10 km away, you can enjoy other attractions such as Golf Courses, Palma Aquarium, other beaches, the Bellver Castle, the Joan Miró Museum, etc.

 

The airport is just 15 minutes drive from our building.
